I gave Mike five stars, because earned every damn one of them. Would’ve given him a 100 stars. My financé and I’s scenario was difficult to say the least. But Mike was there every step of the way and never made us seem like a burden. He was very happy to answer all our questions. The first home we put an offer in on was particularly difficult and messy. It was a short sale and we had to change to offer multiple times. We have limited room to wiggle financially, but Mike was able to work some magic on his end and make the offers work for us. The first house ended up falling through. We began to search for homes again finally finding another we liked. Mike was quick to run numbers and get us a pre-approval very quickly. This second time around, things went a little smoother, but not without a few bumps. The appraisal came back quite a bit under our offer amount. Again, Mike was able to work some magic on his end to make the numbers work out. With a lot of work on his part, we were able to make this offer work! From our initial offer to closing, in a little under a month. We are very pleased with the way Mike has helped us. I highly recommend him.
