When Should You Get Pre-Approved for Home Financing? | NE Homebuyer’s Guide
As soon as you think you may want to purchase a home, you want to get pre-approved.
The best thing a buyer can do on a pre-approval is to start as early as possible. If there is an issue with your credit, or we need to get your scores up, we will need time to get that done. If there are asset, income, or employment issues, the more time we have to work on those the better.
Buying a house is 90% preparation! If you are thinking of purchasing a home in Nebraska or Iowa, we would love to help. It is free and we do not need to do a full credit inquiry.
